Mark this day down people!!! This is the first time in my 50 odd years of being on this planet that I have bought a plane ticket! :o)  lol Yes it's true! Not once has this man ever been on a plane! Heck I have hardly been out of North Carolina!! So being the brave soul I am, actually the lovestruck soul is more like it, my first trip ever on a plane is going to be to Cyrpus! Oh I must be in love to tackle this! lol Well of course I am in love! What else would make this simple man go and get a passport, and

:) YEA!!! I booked my flight today to go visit Alison! I will arrive on 9 October in Paphos at 7:40 pm! I am so happy that we have set a date to see each other again! I will be there until the 19th when my flight departs. Already I am dreading to say goodbye to my love again, but I know in my heart that our day is coming when we will never have to part!

I look forward to meeting everyone, I feel I know most of you so well through all of Alison’s mails, and seeing your photos. I am so excited also to see as much of the beauty of the island as is seen in all the pictures Alison has shown me.. Well I will see you soon! And we also have a countdown script running on the top right, so you can count the days down with us!

With the site being revamped, most of the old content will soon disappear. I have decided to remove the old forum, just to simplify things for me and less to keep up with. I have sent a mail to all the registered users. If by chance some of those email adresses are no longer valid I have put this post up to notify everyone as well. I have set a date of August 1, 2007

It really is so special to receive these wishes of happiness. Although we are separated by an ocean we are able to both enjoy them by this wonderful medium of the world wide web. So since we have them online for Alison and I to share, we thought we would share them with all of you as well! Hi to all my friends who occassionally visit the site, all 3 of you, well maybe 2… ok at least one not counting myself! ;) Well maybe this time around I will have it sorted like I say I will every year. I have been working behind the scenes actually getting some old insecure apps removed and trying to find one that is secure and also lets me manage the whole site without a lot of extra work. If you have any bookmarks to the site you may want to remove them as a lot of the content is soon to be dleted. I will keep the photos and one or two pages, but the rest of the site will be entirley revamped. If you have any bookmarks, I would suggest going ahead and removing them now as soon 90% or more wont be working, so if you have a mind to go ahead and bookmark this page as thsi is where the latest info will be.
