Biographic Information

Question 18 on the I-129F and Evidence

Declaration of having met in the required two year period and
types of evidence and how much evidence should be sent to show that you
have met within the required two year period prior to filing the
petition?

Some only answer question 18 in brief on the form in the space
required and are approved, others have received a Request for Further
Evidence (RFE) for further information. Submitting additional
information at the outset, should lessen the chance for an RFE in this
regard, but it also may not. 2-3 paragraphs on a separate attachment is
a good ball park figure. Please remember to note the question number on
the separate attachment, date and sign.

It is up to you individually how much information you wish to include. Each case is different.

Tip:

Use Q18 of the I-129F petition to describe in some detail of how you
met in the required 2 year period that established the relationship.
The evidence you then submit should support those details. Boarding
passes, passport stamps, hotel/credit card receipts, rental receipts if
ever lived together etc etc are primary evidence. Photos are secondary
evidence which support the primary evidence. What one should be aiming
for is creating an image in the minds eye of the adjudicator……a
complete picture. Look outside the box for evidence that shows you both
in the same place at the same time. Each case is different and one
should submit evidence accordingly, not just rely on the standard
unofficial list.

Whilst evidence of an ongoing relationship is not a requirement at the
initial filing stage, it can be beneficial to those from high fraud
countries (e.g. the Philippines) to do so, or if there is anything that
could be a red flag that may cause issues at interview stage. This
evidence should always be very carefully scrutinized especially emails
& chat, to make sure there is nothing mentioned that may be
construed in a different way then it is meant. Also make sure that any
photo evidence submitted of any ceremony cannot be mistaken for a
marriage ceremony which has in the past caused issues and denials.

Polaroid Plugin for Live Writer

29 April 2008

This is very cool picture plugin for Live Writer that turns an image into a Polaroid style pic with the ability to rotate it in either direction with incredible ease. Its available here for anyone using Live Writer to post to their blogs. So for an example I obviously have to use one of my favourite photos of my beautiful bride to be.

Hope she wont mind! fingerscrossed :) Well she shouldn’t as its a great picture! I made this black and white from an original which was taken in Cyprus on our trip to the village in Omodos. You can see the original here. It was just outside the church there in the village square and the colours in the original were wonderful. I just felt this was one of those that makes an excellent greyscale pic too. You may notice the crossed fingers emoticon in this post which was added by another great little plugin that’s free the plugin gallery on Windows Live. It loads the same emoticons that are in use on Live Spaces, which I really am not a fan of, but I have to admit that I like the way MS has of late seemed to be playing a little nicer with its competition, but I guess its all about money in the end and they are realising now that end users have an incredible selection of software and social networking apps from which to choose. Amazing really to look and compare today to what is available to us now from even a couple of years ago. I can remember a time we had spent hours on MS sites and groups just getting a picture to show in a post, now those ‘red x’s’ are generally a thing of the past.  so far things have come, and so much more yet to come~ well like my Brit and I ! :) the good times haven’t even started!! see you soon my almost Americano! :) love you! LiveWriter part 2

28 April 2008

I was toying with Live Writer again this evening and I am actually very impressed with it and what it can do, now that I finally have it set to where it it works with my WordPress installation on my site. To be honest I have gotten to the point of being fed up with the bloat of most M$ stuff but I like this. And whats cool about it is I can also use it with my blogger sites as well! the only thing I was having trouble with was having to go back to the admin section on my site after posting to add the tags, but just looking around a little deeper in this program and found out I can actually do that from here too! it’s under “View>properties” the box comes up and I saw a space to enter keywords and I gave it a try and Voila! it added the keywords as tags! YEA!!! This old man is still learning crap! LOLNow if I can just figure out how to make the proprties dialog open automatically when the program opens I will be set! well now all I have to do is find where to put the code to show the tags with the post and I will be even happier!

I’m still sort of in shock this is a Microsoft program working and playing so well with others! You hear all the talk of the battle between Google and M$ and it seems LiveWriter has a leg up over google in that regard, wish it was working the other way around, I would dearly love for Picasa to be able to make a blog post to a site other than blogger, or do they and I have missed it?! Well it wouldnt surprise me if I did miss it, this old brain of mine is most always in lala land with my beautiful Alison Michelle! :-) xxxxx love ya baby!

Good Morning Kisses to my Love :)

26 April 2008

X X X X X I love you Alison <3

Well this post is going to be a bit different in a way from most on here…  Alison and I have spent the last two years faithfully writing each other each morning and night and in between too. Only the rare occasion when one of us has been on a plane to see the other have we ever missed a mail to each other! It just feels strange to not be writing one tonight so I came up with this brilliant idea to not only send my Angel a kiss, but also tell her what I am up to this evening (and in the process I have another post on my site! ;)  Well i could still send her an email but she may not get it until she is home as she’s in Protaras this weekend with JM and her longtime friend Anne, who is visiting her for a couple of weeks. They are staying at the Sunrise Beach Hotel. JM has his laptop and I can of course send a mail to his account, but I’m sure he’s not really so excited to be the middle man for mushy love mails! LOL Well i will mail the link to this post instead. I know they only may have just a few minutes online as the hotel there is charging for Internet access… unless JM can find an open WiFi connection that is! ;) Its a shame really considering the prices of hotel rooms, especially these bigger ones, that internet service is not provided in each room free to guests. I know here there are a lot of them now offering it as part of the amenities. As are a lot of coffee shops and the like. Considering now how so many other devices besides PC’s are suing the internet and are Wifi enabled, cell phones (mobiles), game consoles, mp3 players, PDA’s.. oh the list is increasing all the time, it really should be something that becomes quite common now.  Oh l’m rambling here too in the post, just as I do in the mails! See Alison, its not just you I ramble on with! lol

The Lilac – First emotions of love.. I BELIEVE :)
Two years ago this photo was taken. As you can see from the blooms its a purple lilac. April 2006 was the very first time since it was planted that it bloomed. To be honest at the time it was planted I had no idea of what type of bush it even was. (more…)

Gimme Shelter
Oooo, oooo, oooo.

Oooo, oooo, oooo.

Oooo,
a storm is threatenin’, my very life today.

If I don’t get some shelter, oh,
I’m gonna’ fade away.

CHORUS

War children, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.

War children, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.

Oooo, see the fire sweeping, up every street today.

Burns like a red-coal carpet, mad bull lost it’s way.

CHORUS

Rape, murder, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.

Rape, murder, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.

Rape, murder, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.

Oooo, a storm is threatenin’, my very life today.

If I don’t get some shelter, oh, I’m gonna’ fade away.

War children, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.
I
t’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.
I said a love sister, it’s just a kiss away, it’s just a kiss away.

It’s just a kiss away, it’s just a kiss away, kiss away, kiss away.

CHORUS
CHORUS

Love sister, it’s just a kiss away, it’s just a kiss away.

Love sister, it’s just a kiss away, it’s just a kiss away.

War children, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.

Love sister, it’s just a kiss away, it’s just a kiss away.

War children, it’s just a shot away, it’s just a shot away.

Love sister, it’s just a kiss away, it’s just a kiss away.

(repeat alternation to fade)
